My banks says my card should be able to be added to Apple wallet but Apple Pay won’t accept my card

When I attempt to add my card to Apple Pay it won’t allow me to. When I contacted my bank they said it should be compatible and it’s a problem with Apple.

What is the exact error message you receive when you try to add a card to your Apple Wallet?


Just an FYI, banks generally push you off on Apple because your bank’s personnel are poorly trained and don’t understand the security and privacy Apple Pay offers.
