Can't turn off iCloud Advanced Data Protection

No VPN Mobile data WiFi same issue. I turned it on before but when icloud.com is unresponsive to advanced data protection wanted to turn it off but each time it gives the same error.

Why Can't I Turn On The Advanced Data Protection? I did what I needed to do in order to be able to turn it on, but for some reason, the issue still persists. Is this a problem related to the Apple's servers, or is it my device behaving strangely?

Icloud Advanced Data Protection Bug Prevents Log In To Icloud Via Windows App Or Via Any Browser (Using Iphone Or Windows) - Please Fix! When I turned on advanced data protection, the windows app suddenly signed me out and refused to let me sign back in stating ‘Verification Failed: To access your end-to-end encrypted data including passwords and other features, sign in to an Apple device to receive a verification code’. Also unable to access any end-to-end encrypted data via iCloud (e.g. photos, despite allowing access and following steps). Once advanced data protection is turned off, I’m able to log in fine and access normally encrypted data fine - however end-to-end encrypted data still unusable, as the same error appears: ‘Verification Failed: To access your end-to-end encrypted data including passwords and other features, sign in to an Apple device to receive a verification code’ Clearly a bug with apple software (their software is unable to access end-to-end encrypted data) - please fix!!

Unless you decide to participate in the process, no one is going to be able to help you. Asking you clarifying questions and giving you advice on the best way to get help is not "bullying".
