Can’t scroll left to right for hourly temperature

In the Apple weather app on my iPhone 13 why can’t I scroll left to right anymore to get the hourly temperature?

weather app In iOS 16.5.1, the temperature pop-up window in the weather app will not close when you click on the "X" in the upper right-hand corner, and you can only push it down 1 out of 10 tries. The pop-up launches when I try to scroll to see the weather by the hour.

Weather widget not displaying temp. after update 17.1.1 iPhone XS. No issues until this update. I've tried removing the widget. I've restarted the phone. I've tried creating a new custom layout. I've deleted the weather app and reinstalled. Nothing has worked :(

Close the Weather app, restart your iPhone and test again.
