If you’re an individual or sole proprietor/single person business, get started by signing in with your Apple ID with two-factor authentication turned on. You must be the legal age of majority in your region*, and you’ll need to provide basic personal information, including your legal name and address.
The Apple ID needs all the requested user information (and your own credit card for payment method).
