Access Apple Music where?

What device?

What OS version is it running?

Do they get an error? If so, what does it say?

Can the see the shared subscription in Family settings on their device?



On an iPhone or iPad, have your family member go Settings ➜ Apple ID ➜ Media & Purchases, and have them sign out and sign back in.
