Studio Ethernet Port not working

The Studio Ethernet port does not appear to be working. It is connected to a 10Gbit switch with a new Cat6 cable. It is the same network switch that my Mac Pro is connected to. I have a good Ethernet connection if I use a Thunderbolt Ethernet adapter plugged into one of the Thunderbolt ports on the back of the Studio Display. However, I want to use the Ethernet port on the Studio itself and it does not appear to be working.
