Why is my Apple Pay declining for game purchases?

I need to use my Apple Pay to pay for my game like I used to. I’m not understanding what happened. I can’t pay for my game, but I have money on my Apple Pay. I need it to where I can pay for my game with my Apple Pay and not my bank account.

What’s the difference between Apple Cash and Apple Pay? I seem to have lost $100 that I added to my Apple Pay account several months ago.. But since I did that, I never see Apple Pay as an option to choose when buying coins or chips or stars or whatever various games make you buy to keep playing their game. In settings on my iPad and iPhone,, it appears that Apple is using the terms Apple Cash and Apple Pay interchangeably. But then sometimes it seems like they are referencing two different things. I have added more money to my Apple Cash now, and have my debit card, one Visa card, and PayPal all set up. But when I try to make an in-app purchase, all I get is an “Oops….. my purchase was cancelled”. This is so frustrating. Any clues out there?

Using Apple Pay to buy In-App Purchases Hello. i’ve added $5.00 apple credit to my apple account. Now im trying to purchase video star pro subscription for $4.99. although it says I have insufficient money . I literally refreshed and everything it still won’t work.
