Using Apple Pay to buy In-App Purchases

Hello. i’ve added $5.00 apple credit to my apple account. Now im trying to purchase video star pro subscription for $4.99. although it says I have insufficient money . I literally refreshed and everything it still won’t work.

What state are you in? Most states charge a state sales tax. It doesn’t sound like $4.99 is an amount that includes a state sales tax.
