I am using iPhone 15 and I am registered in Croatia. When I am trying to add card at my wallet and to activate my Apple Pay. When I try to add a card to my wallet and activate Apple Pay, I am not allowed to and cannot add the card. Please help me activate and add the card to my wallet so that I can use Apple Pay on my phone.

That message normally suggests your iPhone is set to a country or region where Apple Pay is not supported.
Check Settings ➜ General ➜ Language & Region ➜ Region and make sure it is set to a country where Apple Pay can be used.
