Is my iPhone hacked?

I was on safari looking up something about a celeb and then i clicked a website and it took me to a page that told me my iPhone has been hacked then I went to search up something else and my screen went black does it mean anything I already checked if there was another device on my iCloud and changed my password for my iCloud account what should I do next?
