I'm afraid you can't stop the notifications and still use this feature, since this is a security message and not a standard notification from an app.
However, you can let Apple know about your wish for future updates by using the Feedback link:
I don’t want to turn off the feature. I just don’t want the notification so turning it off will totally defeat the purpose.
