Reminders app randomly scrambles order of templates when made into lists

Wasn't a problem until one day it was, not after an update (using iOS & iPadOS 17, Sonoma and WatchOS 10). Templates keep the order in template mode, but when made into a list, the reminders shuffle randomly, and differently each time. Tried recreating the template from scratch but with no luck.

The problem only seems to affects templates with sections. Older templates with sections seemed fine until I added or changed reminders, then they became affected with the bug as well.

A temporary solution I'm using is to number each of the 70 items across the 5 sections. It's a pain, especially if I have to add or remove anything but I can "sort by title" to get the order back after the initial creation of the list randomizes the reminders.

Hope they can get to the source of this bug.
