I Movie 10.4.1 update issues

I am working on a project in I Movie. Hundreds of pictures and several video clips. It was working perfectly until the update on July 8th to version 10.4.1. I don't know what the previous version was. I have a new MacBook Pro running Sonoma 14.5.

The big issue is that the "Ken Burns" feature won't work for me. I can't move the directional boxes or even change the size. Please any help would be appreciated. This project was almost completed.

I would prefer going back to the old version. Apple, you need to let people uninstall updates!!!!
