How to fix Windows installation getting stuck halfway through?

Hi there

Tried to install Windows 10 via Boot Camp and everything was fine until the computer restarted in Windows. I needed to follow the instructions on the screen but Windows did not recognise my bluetooth mouse and after some 10 minutes of trying various things had to force shut the imac because I could not do anything without the mouse.

Started the computer again and found windows hard drive but I could not load Windows OS. Since then I ran first aid on all hard drives and attempted various suggestions from the forums without any luck. Now I cannot locate Windows Hard drive at all as if it never existed. Also tried to find via boot camp without any luck. Tried to reinstall windows and it could not do it it used to get stuck half way through. It seems I cannot find Windows partition nor can I install new windows, please help.

Here is an Apple article with instructions for removing Windows using Bootcamp Assistant:

However, if that doesn't work, then execute the following commands in the Terminal app and post the results here, but make sure to first disconnect all external devices to keep things simple.

diskutil list internal
