How can I disable Firmware Lock on my Mac Pro?
Apple Store cannot get the firmware lock unlocked. Does anyone have any advice on what I can do?

the ONLY way around the firmware password is to take the Mac to your local Apple Store, along with your original receipt which MUST be in your name and have them remove the firmware password.
either that, or have the original owner follow the steps in What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your Mac so they can prepare the Mac for your use.
