My phone keeps giving me a pop up message with “can not identify server” papi.serviceu.com
I can not get it to go away. Have I been hacked?

There is nothing to worry about, Go to Settings > Calendar > Calendar accounts > Subscribed Calendars> and then tap on that URL and delete it .
