Apple Watch Smart Stack not or rarely refreshing

Hello👏🏼

Do you know a way to make the smart stack widget update more often?

Now we are on watchOS 10.5 and still things like the heart rate show xy bpm 42 minutes ago. The same thing with complications. Is there a solution or is it just me? Or is it just a smart way to save some battery life?
