iOS 17.5.1 - The App Store is completely missing from my iPhone 13

Latest release of iOS 17.5.1 did not go through proper regression testing.

The App Store is completely missing from my iPhone 13 after update.

- Attempts to find in the App Library: failed. It doesn’t exist there.

-Go to settings > screen time > content, and privacy restrictions, set = ALLOW (for all 3 options)

-Turn phone off after each change, wait, then turn back on, still no App Store in search, or in the App Library.

If there are any @applesupport members here moderating - what steps are needed to resolve this? Is there an anticipated fix date?
