Using iCloud Photos after selling iPhone

Hi everyone ,

So the thing is I have sold my iPhone and I synced all the photos to my iCloud and turned off sync before facotory reset. I'm using 200gb plan and wondering if I'm able to have all those photos on iCloud, because I feel it is easier than having them on my PC. I plan to continue paying subscription for 200gb but only without any apple device
