The Apple ID is not active
"The Apple ID is not active" with this message my previous Apple ID not works when I try to log-in. Apple Support is not available from Ukraine by telephone in my region and I have no idea how to chat on website or write an email message to official Apple Support Team for reactivate my "not active" Apple ID.
Can someone help, please? Maybe somebody have ideas how can I contact with Apple Support in this case?
