Perhaps you could indicate how you would want to use such an action, in what app? There may be alternative ways to accomplish the same purpose.

Normally Unicode characters are expressed in the hex value, so 12992 is 32c0.

I saw a possible answer elsewhere using something like "convert html to rich text". Does that have any value?

With forwarded or reply content on smaller iPhone chat APP such as WhatsApp, I am trying to deal with following challenges

without timestamp in front, it takes time to comprehend their date information.

To reduce screen footprint to show more information on , I need to shorten date and timestamp. Example is January or shortest as Jan is more ambiguous compared to single character ㋀ for Chinese literates.

I prefer built-in functionality over APP to minimise maintenance such as downloading them after resetting device to improve performance.i tried JSON.

While ㋀ is one charcter, it is double width, taking up the real estate of 2 latin charcters.
