What should I do if my child bypasses Screen Time restrictions?

my daughter is using my device to approve request for more screen time all day. After she has done this there does not appear to be a way to block the requested app for the rest of the day. How do I stop this?

for instance, I set a 1hr app limit for Tock Tock from my phone, with secret passcode and block at downtime toggled. When she reaches that limit, and I am not around, she request for all day access, then grabs my device and approves it. When I see later that she has access past her limit there appears to be nothing I can do to block it again. Or is their?
