Stop music from autoplaying when I get in the car!!!!! Make it stop!!!!

How can I turn off autoplay? Nothing on Youtube works, nothing online works. Creating a shortcut works for a few hours, then music starts autoplaying again when I get in the car. There are NO buttons on the Music app (shuffle and repeat buttons don't do anything)to stop this. I have had this issue with 3 Iphones. This is the Iphone 15 ProMax. Shutting off Carplay or Handoff do nothing. There is no point in turning off bluetooth if I can't use my speaker phone when I drive. How can this continue to happen in 2024??
