I need to recover my email my iCloud I have lost my number and my emails when the phone got damaged and I have a device that’s tied to it but it’s in remote management so I can’t verify or anything on that one just a bad day and I need all my pictures my documents everything I have not not getting contacts emailsI’m sure some other things right now

Oops … it sounds like you made the mistake of simply creating a new Apple ID. That Apple ID looks like a different person, and therefore cannot possibly access a different person’s data.
The proper thing to have done would be to change that former Apple ID as follows:
Change your Apple ID - Apple Support
I don’t have that same email. I had to start another one now. I’m having trouble recovering it because I don’t have the devices on there to authenticate everything so am I trying to get the email back or just the stuff off the email or the iCloud?
If these items are truly housed (not backed up) in iCloud, then you may retrieve them using your Apple ID on any Apple device. Or you may visit http://www.icloud.com and retrieve them there.
