If you have a backup of your music, use that to re-build your library on a nohter computer.
If the music was purchased from the iTunes Store, sign into your iTunes account on the iPad and download the music directly from the store.
For any other music (purchased from Amazon, Bandcamp etc. or from CDs) you will need to go back to that store or to the CD and download them again. For online purchases, you should be able to download directly from the store to the iPad, although the method may depend on the specific retailer. For any CDs, you will need to re-rip (re-copy) them from the CD onto a computer and then use iTunes or Finder to add them to your iPad.
Another option is to use a third-party app on a computer to recover the music from the iPod. See this article, written by fellow user turingtest2: Recover your iTunes library from your iPo… - Apple Community. Some of the suggestions are free, others require payment.
