I am unable to setup Face ID and Password post iOS 17.5.1 update.
Updated IOS 17.5.1
Didn’t setup my Face ID immediately. Now settings doesn’t have an option to set up Face ID and Password.

You may have Screen Time Restrictions set to ON. Double Check the Following:
Open Settings ➡️ Screen Time ➡️ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➡️ Face ID & Passcode: Ensure that this switch is set to ALLOW.
