How to regain access to my Apple Music subscription if I used a separate iTunes Apple ID?
I have lost access to my Apple Music subscription because I bought it using my separate iTunes Apple ID

You can only access this subscription if you're using the Apple ID that you used to buy it. Otherwise you'll need to end the subscription on that Apple ID ,and open a new subscription with the Apple ID that you want to use
