App is blank blue and says unavailable. iPhone SE on home WiFi which is fine. Location services enabled. I closed & reloaded but still off. It does show the list of my chosen locations but they’re all blank blue boxes, too. Is the whole service down?

I've seen it happen before. Anything can go down. Personally, I use WeatherBug, more than the native Apple Weather app anyway.

same here! And I’m in South America so I guess it’s a global thing
iphone se 3rd gen too it says i have location services off but i have it on. none or the locations display anything except for ottawa.
I am also seeing this behavior- all weather widgets are down at time of posting. 3rd party accessories seem fine (garmin wearable weather app)
