How can I remove Windows from my computer without access?

So my computer was taken over by windows which I never downloaded. It won’t let me delete, it tells me I don’t have access to the file. Long story short I tried to reset my computer it won’t let me erase an untitled data in my disk utilities plus it has invaded my iPhone as well. Can not delete an untitled file.

What do you mean taken over? Windows does not get itself installed without your involvement. It can't just magically appear on your Mac.

What exactly is happening?

What untitled data? What exactly are you doing?

lus it has invaded my iPhone as well. Can not delete an untitled file.

What does that mean? Windows cannot work on your iPhone at all.

You will need to explain exactly what you did, and what you cannot do now. And how your iPhone is even involved here.

Do not assume we know what you are talking about. Explain everything clearly and in as much detail as possible.
