my notes were there this morning but now theyre all gone. i think they were saved to icloud but because both icloud and phone storage was full theyve all gone. is there any way i can get any of them back?? i havent backed up anything because i don't have the storage

Notes are synced to the cloud or an mail account, so it isn't part of the backup.
