Audiogram is not working for low frequencies (125Hz & 250Hz) after updating to IOS 17.4.1

Low frequencies (Bass related) are non existent after updating to 17.4.1, while using the audiogram.

Even now, after updating to 17.5.1 the issue still remains, no fix whatsoever, keep in mind I have been through every possible troubleshooting process regarding my airpods pro 2, but sadly no luck & none of which has worked.

I hope this issue gets fixed as soon as possible and dont become overlooked by apple.

"Low frequencies (Bass related) are non existent" .... "after updating to 17.5.1 the issue still remains"

Wondering if you have checked whether there is a firmware update that hasn't automatically installed as would normally happen given the right conditions: About firmware updates for AirPods - Apple Support

If you find a firmware update is needed: Tip: Leave AirPods connected to power overnight with the iPhone connected to wi-fi close by, so they can update automatically.

Else: You may want to send feedback to Apple. They will likely not reply, yet your feedback will reach those who can make changes, and contribute to any info. they have available. If others are experiencing similar issues, we may see them addressed in a future update. Web-form for: Feedback - AirPods - Apple

All the best :-)
