Permissions error when saving an image sequence in QuickTime Player

I have about 4000 files that I shot on a Nikon Z6 that I open up as an image sequence in QT. I choose 1080p for res, 24 frames, and H.264. It makes the stop animation just fine. Then I try to save it and I get the error seen below. I have tried to change the permissions, but I already have full rights to them. The card was formatted in the camera.

I have tried doing a sequence with only 150 of the files and I am able to save that one.

Does this happen to anyone else? Specs of machine are below.
