Paying for 2 subscriptions of extra storage

I’m being charged $2.99/mo for 200GB of extra backup storage. However, I’m also getting charged $0.99/month for additional storage. How do I cancel the $0.99/month plan?

It sounds like you are using two different Apple IDs and somehow subscribed under each one. To cancel the subscription you have to be signed into that Apple ID in settings, then go to your name at the top, iCloud, manage account storage, change storage plan, then downgrade to the free plan.


If for some reason you can't log in then you'll need to call Apple and they can assist with canceling it on their end.


Keep in mind if you cancel it in the device settings it will still be active until the last day of this billing period. So if you cancel it today it will still show as though you have that storage until your paid month is up.
