Safari 17.5 on my MacBook Pro freezes intermittently

When using Safari 17.5 I have a couple of issues.

Sometime the page freezes. You can browse the document, but it is as if the page is pdf. No links work and the page cannot be refreshed.
Sometimes when scrolling down the page, as content loads, when I try to navigate back to the top of the page, it is blank, and I have to reload the page.

Same issue here. It’s annoying especially when you write a mail or a message and it just wouldn’t send. Worst OS X ever in general and Safari is just the pinacle of Apple’s poor software.

That's an unnecessary workaround. I have moved to Chrome.

I will try that next time it happens. I appreciate the advice. Hopefully Apple hears us. I sent feedback about the issue today. And no, I'm using a MacBook Pro.
