My iPhone tracking turned off today randomly now it says my account is missing age information but I have it clearly on my account and I’m 37yrs old so wth? Also I signed out ad tracking turned on but when I signed back in it turned off with the missing age information notice again this all happened after I used the find my iPhone feature I also tried changing birthday to 1 day ahead then back to original didn’t work I force restarted the phone didn’t work either I also talked to a Apple support specialist with screen share and they couldn’t solve the problem either

Tracking Hi I can’t turn on my tracking it’s saying the my Appel ID is missing age information and even if I change it, it still won’t work also I am 13+ so idk why it’s not working can u pls help?

Allow Tracking greyed out I am unable to turn on allow tracking on my iPhone. My phone is running on ios 17.5. It states that "this setting cannot be changed because your Apple ID is missing age information".

iPhones can be tracked only using Find My, there is no other way.
