Iphone 15 Pro Screen time=daily battey usage?

Is it normal to lose 3% of battery while scrolling facebook, mostly watching videos for 10 mins in my iphone 15 Pro? I checked my screen time and it’s only around 4-5 hours. I have only had this for 2 weeks and this is what I’m experiencing. I also leave my facebook, messenger, and instagram in the background running (not closing them completely by swiping) because I always go back using them and mostly watching videos all day when I’m having my rest days from work. I only charge my phone once a day when I’m at work and twice while on rest days. I also charge my phone from 30% to only about 90%. Is screen time = daily battery usage?

The measure of battery health deterioration/drainage is subjective and can vary depending on individual usage patterns. There is no universal standard to determine whether the battery health deterioration/drainage is normal or abnormal because it heavily relies on how the battery is used and maintained.
