Is it normal for my iPhone 16 Pro to have a 4 hour Screen Time?

Hello guys, I have recently bought an iphone 16 pro and I have a feeling that my battery should last more. It s running on ios 18.4. I charge my phone till 80% and charge it at 20%. It gives me average of 4hrs of SOT. This includes overnight standbay and %80 of the day connected to wifi. I am attaching a screen shot of 24 hours of ussage. Would you please so kind to share your thoughts? Whether if its normal or not? Thanks in advance.

All of the screen shot may not have been posted. Which apps are using the most battery power?

Setting a limit of 80% for the battery means that you will have to charge the battery more often and the battery will not go as long as it would if it were charged to 100% using Optimized Battery Charging.

Even if you decide to stay with an 80% limit, the battery is still going to charge to 100% "occasionally". When I tried Charge Limits, I found that "occasionally" was 3-4 times a month. Some users report less and some report more, so there is a real question about often "occasionally" might be.

Frankly, I think Charge Limits are more of a gimmick than anything else, but that might be another discussion.

Actually, my concern is not about optimized charging. My daily routines are not suitable for it. I will try to keep charge till %80 percent in order to extend my SOH.

I am mire concerned about whether this SOT is normal for this ussage. Cause, it doesn't feel correct to me. I would expect to get at least 5h of SOT for 24h of ussage untill drop to 20%.

So, Instagram used 41% of your battery capacity in background. So you weren’t even actively using the app, but it was evidently uploading and downloading data. This use of constant cellular and/or WiFi drained your battery a lot.

This could be an app issue and needs to be monitored over the next 3 to 5 days for any improvements. If you want to be proactive, delete the app and download a fresh copy.
