App Store - Super Slow Download

Hi everyone, so for the last few days I have been trying to update my apps via the App Store with very slow results. I have a 1.0gbps connection and when I try to download or update my apps the speed is so slow. All the status on Apple Support says Active but there appears to be an issue. It’s not one device it is all my devices. I’ve restarted, force restart,

signed out and signed back in. Nothing has improved the download speed in the App Store.
