Every app or game that I try to download takes more than 5-6 hours to be completed.
I’m talking about games of 1GB, and is not my download speed connection (500 mbps), the problem is only on AppStore, I have an Android phone and Google Play Store works fine.

Have a look at If you can’t download or update apps on your iPhone or iPad. Trying steps 4 and 5 may be helpful here.
You can also try rebooting your router and even testing this issue on a different Wi-Fi network or cellular data
