Safari on iPad having problems loading certain webpages

Hi! Yesterday my safari on iPad mini started to have problems loading certain webpages. Today, this is still a problem. I checked the internet speed test from my iPad and there doesn’t seem to be any problems. I also shut down my iPad and started it again. I also cleared browser history. My google pixel 5 doesn’t have any problems loading the websites. I also used my mom iPad Pro safari and it also had problems loading certain websites.

For an example, my safari on iPad mini can’t access the apple discussions community website. However, it can access other websites. But some other websites there are problems.

Are other people having this problem?
