Phone doesn't ring

My iphone11 doesn't ring out loud. The sound button on the side is on and the ringer volume is sufficient. Help please.

Hi Valentin0429,

I think you iPhone 11 pro has been muted. That means it won't be ring loud. All you need to do is find the mute switch and slide it to the right or swipe. This is on the side of you iPhone or in the control center.
