My grid view on my Apple Watch is different. It is in grid view but it is the shape is rectangular. I am not able to zoom in or out, just scrolling. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Did you try to change the view to "List view"and back again?
You can do that on your iPhone. Open the Watch App -> My Watch -> App View, ->Arrangement -> List View.
Als make sure that the Zoom feature for the watch is disabled in the Watch App -> Accessibilities -> Zoom -> "Off"

Did you check in the WatchApp on your iPhone, if Zoom is disabled for your watch?
Also try to force restart the watch by pressing the Digital Crown and Side button together for about 10sec, until the screen goes black and the Apple logo comes back again.
Yes, in case you have Beta-Software installed, there still might be unexpected results, using the watch. Uninstall the Beta, or wait for the official release.
Also use the Feedback link for Beta testers to report your findings to Apple.
I can’t go into arrangement —> list view without getting out of arrangement. I am trying to go into the honeycomb-type view. I didn’t explain that earlier. Thank you for your advice, but sadly this didn’t work.
I have done everything you said to do. This didn’t work. I thank you for the advice though. I am now guessing it is because of the version of my Apple Watch (update 10.5) and the type of my
Apple Watch (series 5).
