My iphone doesnt take certain click responses

After updating to ios 17, my iphone lags. i use iphone 11. after upgrading to this iphone, it never occurred to me that my iphone lags or something but recently after upgrading, i am facing this issue. last 1week, i am facing a new issue that my iphone doesnt take click responses. i was using youtube and when i clicked the search button, it wasnt responding. wasnt like a lag or smtg. it was simply not taking responses. also sometimes when i use iphone too much, it heats which is normal. but even if i dont click in certain places,or apps, the app automatically opens or it automatically texts. basically even without clicking anything, it works on its own. This is the most common issue i faced after upgrade. i thought the update has issues so i upgraded again when the new upgrade came and guess what? it didnt work.what should i do now?
