I deleted sleep focus. It was not letting me set it up when I was going to sleep. It had a set schedule in the Health App that was wrong. I deleted it. Now I deleted all my Apple Focus to be able to find the + at the top right corner but it never appeared.
how do I get my sleep focus back and that I can turn it on when I go to sleep.
