Purchased movie not showing up in purchases

A movie that I purchased a few years back does not appear in my purchased list. I went through settings and found the purchase, but cannot get access to it. If I attempt to buy it again, the prompt notifies me that I’ve already purchased, and asks if I’d like to buy again. How do gain access to it?

Purchase issues probably are best addressed to Apple Customer Support. You can Google for the number.


Your purchased movie wouldn't show up in your account if you purchased it under a different Apple I.D. than you presently are using. If that's the case, you might try typing in your old I.D. when you access the Apple online store.
