My appletv will not stream

When trying to watch any movie on my apple tv app, it will show commercials but will not play movies. It says "troubleshoot" then "unable to Stream" It is saying that my bandwidth is not enough. We have been watching all of the other channels.

If this is on an Onn Roku TV:

Another user (mygreensocks) suggested this procedure from Roku Support staff, which reportedly helped several users.

Remove the Apple TV app,
Shut off and unplug the TV (or streaming device),
Wait 30 seconds,
Plug the TV (or streaming device) back in,
Reload the Apple TV app.

Else try the Network Connection Reset, as mentioned by user Jarieta.
