iPhone 13 choosing 5G over home wifi

So I had an issue with my iPhone not connecting to my home wifi instead auto connecting to 5G. After some trouble shooting I found the issue was the VPN.

as soon as I uninstalled ENCRYPTME.VPN my phone was fine and connected to my wifi. Posting this because I saw a few other suggestions that didn’t work for my issue.

Thanks for posting. VPN hadn’t occurred to me for this issue; usually it’s if Wi-Fi Assist is turned on. Although that might be related; VPN slows down Wi-Fi to about 25% of your available Wi-Fi bandwidth.
