Broken Urdu Font

Here you can see, in the first part, the letters are joined and in propoer form. In the second part, words are broken and there are individual letters. Mostly, the initial part of the post has normal text which after few lines breaks down into letter just in the pasted image.

Do you see this in any Apple app, like Safari, Mail, Messages, Notes, Pages?

If you only see this in a 3rd party app like Facebook you need to contact the people who make it.
