In Safari, the keyboard and mouse stop responding

In Safari, the keyboard and mouse stop responding, I have to close the window with the unresponsive page and reopen the page in a new window. In most cases these are different configuration pages (e.g. ESXi, iDRAC, UniFi, etc.). This has been happening since Safari 17.4.

It doesn't just happen on one Mac, but on all the Macs I use.

My Safari v16.5.1 keeps freezing! Hi all, I am running Safari version 16.5.1 on Mac Studio 2022 with 64GB RAM in macOS Ventura 13.4.1. Lately, I have been seeing my Safari freezing over Youtube, or streaming sites. There is no way to refresh. Sometimes it will sort out by itself, sometimes it will just freeze until my patience ran out before I force quit Safari. Does anyone experience this issue?

Same with me. 17.5 didn't fix. My default browser is Firefox so it no big deal for me. The less I use Safari the happier I seem to be.
