iPhone X dies even at 100 percent battery

My IPhone fell down this morning, and now it’s battery is going from 100% to 0% in a second and dying, only for it to turn back on at 1%, and randomly go back to its original battery charge if I’m lucky, otherwise it stays at 1% even if I charge it and keeps dying and turning back on. It dies and goes back from 1 to 100 or whatever battery it had and back seemingly randomly.

The drop damaged the phone. Contact Apple support to discuss repair options:
